The Goji berry springs up in profusion in these quiet wild areas with vines reaching out over twenty feet. The little round red berries are gathered in the late summer by being shaken onto collection trays, then washed, inspected and oven dried at a controlled low temperature, then inspected and tested again prior to packaging.
